The ZKUV-F300S is a UV curing conveyor with a documented 150 mm effective width and an F300S light source using a D bulb.
The conveyor uses a breathable mesh belt and an adjustable drive with digital speed indication. Maximum documented conveyor speed is 14 m/min. The 1600 mm line includes loading and unloading sections, light-shield sections and an 800 mm UV section.
The lamp height is adjustable. The UV chamber lamp hood and base plate are specified in SUS304 stainless steel. Provide the coating or adhesive, workpiece dimensions and temperature limits to confirm the curing configuration.
