The ZKUE-4PL2 is a parallel-light UV exposure machine for screens used in LCD, touch-panel and solar-industry processes. The documented configuration accepts a 1100 × 1300 mm screen and provides a 1000 × 1200 mm effective exposure area.
The optical system directs exposure light through a parallel-light arrangement. A UV light integrator monitors the accumulated exposure, while the controller stores up to 60 exposure settings. An oil-free vacuum pump and rubber blanket support screen contact.
Vacuum pressure can be adjusted for the screen material. Send the screen-frame dimensions, emulsion type and required pattern detail so the contact and exposure settings can be reviewed for the application.
