Product Introduction
The ZKMO-3S is a tray drying oven for thermal processes in touch-panel, LCD, camera-module and electronics production. Three doors provide access to six shelf levels, with two levels behind each door.
Each shelf accommodates two 400 × 300 mm trays. Unpowered rollers support tray movement, and tray positions have sensing timer switches that allow a time to be set with a completion indication. The oven uses single-sided horizontal airflow.
The documented temperature range is ambient to 150 °C, with 90 °C listed as a typical setting. Provide the tray layout, material, batch load and temperature profile to review the operating conditions.
