Product Introduction
The ZKMOL-3 is a single-door oven for material aging, silver-paste curing and ink drying in touch-panel and LCD production. The documented chamber measures W600 × D500 × H900 mm.
Tubular stainless-steel heaters work with filtered horizontal airflow directed from the rear towards the door. The chamber and air ducts use SUS304 stainless steel. Digital PID temperature control uses SSR output.
The documented temperature setting range is ambient temperature plus 25 °C up to 250 °C. Provide the material, tray dimensions, batch load and temperature profile to review the process and airflow requirements.
