The ZKUV-752MTC is a UV curing conveyor for printed PET, computer-keyboard components and other printed surfaces.
The documented configuration uses two 7.5 kW metal-halide lamps with a 600 mm conveyor belt. Lamp luminous length is 625 mm, and maximum conveyor speed is 12 m/min. Lamp height and high/low output can be adjusted.
The reflector assembly includes a CF cold mirror. A digital speed display, lamp current indication and operating-time meter support operation. Provide the substrate, ink and thermal limits to confirm the curing conditions.
