The ZKL-1100 unwinds PVC material, punches it and cuts it into sheets for lithium-battery material processing.
The documented material width is 1100 mm and thickness is 0.1–1 mm. A motor-driven guillotine blade performs the cut, while an outlet gripper transfers the finished piece to a receiving platform.
The feed uses a 3-inch air-expanding shaft and a buffer before the cutting station. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup. Provide the material, hole pattern and sheet dimensions to confirm tooling and handling requirements.
