The ZK-R2R-FM-500 applies dry film to both sides of stainless-steel strip in a roll-to-roll yellow-light process.
The documented process includes unwinding, dust removal, preheating, heated-roller lamination and rewinding. Material width is 100–500 mm, with an effective laminating width of 500 mm. Substrate thickness is 0.02–0.03 mm, excluding interleaf paper.
The machine uses one unwind shaft and one rewind shaft, with web guidance and PLC touchscreen control. Separate shafts collect interleaf paper and dry-film release liners. Roll loading and unloading are manual. Provide the steel strip and dry-film specifications to confirm the process settings.
