The ZKUV-2215-2 uses LED curing for AMOLED products after full lamination. Its system comprises product loading, curing, CIM and unloading units, combining the curing stage with product handling and identification.
The product identification module uses servo-driven positioning in the X/Y directions and manual Z-axis adjustment. The nominal working height is 1000 mm and can be adjusted to match the production line.
Provide the product dimensions, lamination adhesive, required curing conditions, identification requirements and upstream/downstream interfaces. LED wavelength, dose and product fixture details need to be specified for the application.
