The ZK-550-ZDSL-001 receives sheets from an upstream conveyor, identifies their length and transfers them to four collection positions.
The documented maximum material width is 550 mm, with sheet lengths from 300 to 550 mm and thickness from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. A vacuum-cup handling unit lifts the sheet, while a servo-driven mechanism controls the stack height.
Photoelectric sensing sorts sheets by length; the source specifies a length difference greater than 5 mm for distinguishing material sizes. Stack quantity can be set up to 50 sheets. Provide the sheet dimensions, curl, upstream height and collection pattern to confirm handling suitability.
