The ZKFHL-400-R2R feeds roll material to downstream processing equipment and rewinds the processed strip. The documented system includes unwinding, buffering and rewinding sections.
The material width is 400 mm, with a maximum roll diameter of 400 mm and a 3-inch core. Documented material thickness is 0.05–0.1 mm. The unwinder includes a vacuum splice table, pneumatic clamping and a material buffer.
The rewinder uses tension sensing, controlled winding torque and web guidance. Unwinder and downstream sections have different conveyor heights, so the final layout must match the process line. Provide the roll material and line interfaces for configuration review.
