Product Introduction
The ZKMOL-2DS is a two-chamber oven for thermal processing of touch-panel and LCD components. Each chamber measures W600 × D600 × H600 mm. Tubular stainless-steel heaters provide heat through the circulating airflow.
The enclosure, chamber and air ducts use SUS304 stainless steel. Each chamber has six shelf levels and five temperature monitoring points.
The documented temperature setting range is ambient temperature plus 25 °C up to 200 °C. Provide the material, tray arrangement, batch load and required temperature profile to review the configuration and monitoring requirements.
