The ZKL-M1200 applies protective film to both sides of finished capacitive touch panels and semi-finished sensor panels.
The documented substrate size is 2000 mm long and 1200 mm wide, with thickness from 0.2 to 8 mm. Laminating speed is adjustable from 1 to 10 m/min, and upper and lower film supply tension is adjusted manually.
Two cylinders press the upper roller, with spring support and pressure adjustment for different product thicknesses. The control panel includes start/stop controls, a pressure indicator and a digital speed display. Provide the panel and film requirements for configuration review.
