The ZKR2R-SL-950 winds continuous strip material received from an upstream machine into rolls.
The documented configuration handles 950 mm material width and 0.05–0.16 mm thickness, with a maximum roll outside diameter of 600 mm and a 3-inch core. Two cantilevered air-expanding shafts support front-side roll loading.
Automatic tension control, a tension-sensing roller and a magnetic-powder clutch regulate winding torque. Web guidance and roll-diameter alarms support operation.
