The ZKUV-751 is a UV curing conveyor for printed glass and other printed surfaces.
The documented configuration uses one 7.5 kW UV lamp and a 700 mm stainless-steel conveyor. Lamp luminous length is 625 mm; this is distinct from the conveyor width. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 to 5 m/min.
The inlet and outlet opening adjusts from 50 to 580 mm, and lamp-to-belt distance adjusts from 100 to 600 mm. Retractable light-shield curtains are fitted around the loading and unloading sections. Share the substrate, ink and workpiece dimensions to confirm the suitable setup.
