The ZKFM-600+SL applies protective film to touch-panel materials, cuts the film to separate the sheets and transfers the finished pieces to collection trays.
The documented sequence is inlet buffering, alignment, lamination, cutting, outlet buffering, alignment and robotic collection. Cut length is 200–500 mm, with a width of 490–520 mm. Material thickness is 0.1–1 mm and protective-film thickness is 15–76 micrometres.
A traversing rotary blade cuts the protective film. A servo-driven handling unit uses vacuum cups to transfer the sheets to two collection trays. PLC and operator-interface controls support setup. Provide the panel dimensions, film construction and line interfaces to confirm the configuration.
