Product Introduction
The ZKLHMO-10S is an aging oven for LCD and LCM products. The documented chamber measures W1800 × D1000 × H1700 mm and operates from ambient temperature up to 80 °C.
Front glass doors and rear sliding glass doors allow the products to be observed. A ramp supports trolley entry and removal. The configuration includes four 220 V sockets inside the chamber for the aging setup; the required load and fixtures should be specified for the application.
Horizontal airflow, digital PID temperature control and a PLC operator interface manage the process. Provide the product dimensions, trolley layout, electrical load and aging cycle to review the final configuration.
