Product Introduction
The ZKFL-2PXL automatically places cleaned mobile-phone glass into baking trays. The system includes an empty-tray area, a glass loading area and an incoming glass conveyor.
An operator places a stack of empty trays in the supply area. The conveyor feeds the trays to the loading position, where the robot picks glass from the incoming conveyor and places it in the tray.
Filled trays move to the collection area and are stacked for manual removal. When the full-tray stack reaches its upper position, the machine alarms and pauses loading. Provide the glass dimensions, tray layout and upstream conveyor interface to confirm the configuration.
