The ZKNC-600 removes surface particles from ITO film, applies protective film and cuts the film before the product enters a receiving tray.
The documented process combines alignment, pneumatic-clamp feeding, adhesive-web dust removal and protective-film lamination. A cylinder-driven blade cuts the protective film between the laminating and outlet rollers.
The configuration handles a documented 400 ×500 mm glass or film format with adjustable conveying speed of 1–3 m/min. PLC and operator-interface controls manage operation. Provide the substrate and contamination requirements to confirm the cleaning and laminating setup.
