The ZKUV-6890 is a UV surface modification conveyor for silicone products such as watch straps. The documented configuration has a 6400 mm UV section and a 500 mm stainless-steel conveyor.
The machine uses automatic lamp lifting and belt tracking. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 0.2–1 m/min, with a geared motor and chain drive. Mirror-finish stainless-steel reflectors and forced-air extraction form part of the treatment section.
