Product Introduction
The ZKFM-350-CQSL applies protective film to touch-panel products and cuts them to the required sheet dimensions.
The maximum laminating and cutting width is 350 mm, with product cut lengths from 150 to 400 mm. A servo-driven upper vacuum roller holds the film during cutting and application. Product cutting uses a motor-driven cam and reciprocating upper blade.
Automatic alignment positions the products before processing. The documented handling arrangement lifts the finished piece and rotates it 90 degrees for transfer to a downstream UV conveyor. PLC touchscreen controls support manual operation and linked automatic operation. Provide the panel, film and downstream interfaces to confirm the layout.
