The ZKFL-550 collects glass substrates from an upstream process and stores them individually in cassettes. Operators replace the cassettes manually.
The documented configuration handles 550 × 650 mm glass substrates, 0.3–1.1 mm thick. Substrate conveying speed is adjustable from 1 to 4 m/min. A lifting mechanism positions the cassette for receiving each sheet.
Cassette-position sensing, material detection and upstream fault notification support line integration. Four dry contacts are reserved for automatic linking. Provide the cassette dimensions and upstream conveyor height to confirm the interface.
